cinnamon coffee, because it's hot and I want it to be fall
I'm really not one to complain about Florida summers, but OH MY GOODNESS it's been so HOT.
I've been craving that crisp air, dinners on the patio, walking outside and not feeling like I'm dying, and boots. I need some new boots.
To help ease a little bit of my grieving about it still being so ridiculously warm, I started diffusing my Cinnamon essential oil, and a friend gave me this
genius
idea to add it to my coffee grinds to make cinnamon coffee.

To make my coffee, I put one tablespoon of coffee grinds per cup of brewed coffee, and add one drop of certified therapeutic grade cinnamon essential oil for every two cups of coffee. I
love
how it turns out, just providing an essence of cinnamon and not overpowering the natural flavor of the coffee. (I use locally roasted
.)
