bedroom inspiration

i like to put my thoughts together on a room before I tackle it. Today, I'm thinking about my bedroom. We finally put our Panama City home up for rent and rented it the next day (!!!) to someone we think will be a great fit. Therefore, I get to think about remodeling our Tequesta home. win.

After getting a fence for our girls, the next step will be the master bedroom and bathroom remodel (after i get new tires for my truck, because they finally decided to die. sad face).

I love love love the room in the picture below. We already have wood floors and a similar bed from Ikea as the picture below, and huge sliding doors to the patio (one of my favorite things about my house!). My end tables could definitely be replaced, and we need a bigger rug. A big, colorful rug because I like the way it pops with white walls - clean like.

I'd definitely need to get that painting of the two dogs sniffing butts. Haha. or maybe something in similar colors like this... I love it, so peaceful, so Florida-y without being pastel pink flamingo 1990's condo-y. I have a window over my bed so would have to put pictures elsewhere... currently the walls are bare in there so plenty of room to add some new art.
